**SHIPPING POLICY**

**1. Order Processing and Shipping Times**

At Prep Gear Depot, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

a. **Order Fulfillment**: Most orders typically ship within 2-7 Business Days (excluding pre-order or drop-ship items). During sale/promotional periods and holidays, please anticipate that shipping times may be slightly longer.

b. **UPS 2-DAY Service**: Orders using UPS 2-DAY service will be processed on the next business day. UPS 2-DAY guarantees delivery within two business days from the shipping date.

c. **Delivery/Transit Times**: Please note that all delivery/transit times posted at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. All expected dates posted are based on when your order ships.

**2. Shipping to PO BOX Addresses**

All shipments to PO BOX addresses can only be shipped using one of the following services: Flat Rate Economy Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority International, or USPS First Class International. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number.

**3. International Shipping**

For our international customers, please be aware that your shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees. We do not ship to third-party shipping or freight consolidation services. If you choose to ship to such a service, any loss or damage becomes your responsibility.

**4. Shipping Discrepancies**

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of your order. However, if you encounter any shipping discrepancies (overages, shortages, or damage), please communicate this to us within 5 days after your package is received. Claims made after 5 days will be denied.

**5. Dropshipping Services**

We do not support or condone the use of our website for dropshipping services. Any customer found using our website for dropshipping purposes will have their accounts terminated and be blocked from our site immediately.

**RETURNS POLICY**

**1. Product Returns**

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, or you may encounter issues with your order. Here's our policy on product returns:

a. **Return Period**: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

b. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

c. **Exclusions**: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

**2. Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Once you receive your RMA number, please return your item in its original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

c. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**3. Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
