b. Product Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
c. Excluded Items: Some items are exempt from refunds, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at info@PrepGearDepot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Prepare the Return: After obtaining your RMA number, pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
c. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
